Unbottle is the only bar staffed with licensed therapists, mixing the fun and convenience of your neighborhood bar with the safety and support of professional therapy — all for the price of a drink.
✓ Let go of stress
✓ Relax and connect
✓ Leave feeling heard
At Unbottle we asked,"what if getting help was as easy and affordable as grabbing a drink down the street?" By offering licensed therapy in a casual, public setting, our goal is to break down barriers that prevent people from seeking support, and to make mental health a basic part of self care.
When we say you can get therapy for the price of a drink, we mean it. Whether you have health insurance or not, you’re welcome here.
Can’t take off work to get the help you need? No problem. Therapists are on staff until 10pm, daily. No need to use your precious PTO.
Chat freestyle at the bar with our staff, or schedule a 30-minute breakout session in on of our private booths.
Therapy and alcohol? Really? Really.
Enjoy a max of 2 alcoholic drinks or order unlimited drinks from our non-alcoholic selection. Choose any of our delicious appetizers to add to the feeling of a “night out.”
Licensed therapists are behind the bar with our world-class mixologists and walking the floor ready to chat. Plus, each table has a deck of journal prompts, conversation-starter cards, and iPads loaded with guided meditations.

“Working 50-60 hour weeks remotely was making me feel lonely and disconnected, but the cost of therapy is out of my reach even with insurance. Unbottle has become my safety net for when I need a mental health ‘tune-up’.”
Jennifer Chung
“I had no idea how much benefit I would get from talking to someone in a casual atmosphere instead of a therapist’s office. Unbottle has allowed me to be more open and honest with myself while still having access to qualified mental health professionals.”
